Cancellation and Refunds

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise unless a wrong item has been delivered in which case the item will have to be returned unopened and a replacement/ refund will be organised. The company will not issue a refund to anyone's credit card who refuses a delivery, or in any way attempts to return a shipment. Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

Order cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, you will have to contact our customer services by sending an email to hello@woktok.com or calling 0124 465 3250, and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice, until the time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Wok Tok has complete rights to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Wok Tok and accept its decision regarding the cancellation. In case your order does not reach you within 10 days after confirmation, or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered, you will be entitled for a full refund.



Company's Right to Cancel an Order


At VRB, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience. However, there may be situations where we are required to cancel an order. Below are the conditions under which we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances. Please read these conditions carefully:


1. Product Unavailability

We strive to keep our product listings accurate and up-to-date. However, in certain cases, we may discover that a product you ordered is out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable.

  • Action: If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you within 48 hours via email or phone and offer an alternative solution or a full refund.
  • Refund: A full refund for any payments made will be processed within 5 to 6 working days and credited to the original payment method.


2. Pricing or Product Description Errors

While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product details on our website, errors can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical, system, or supplier errors:

  • Action: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for the item in question, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
  • Customer Notification: You will be notified of the error, and any incorrect charges will be reversed. You may choose to reorder the item at the correct price if available.


3. Payment Issues or Fraudulent Activity

Your order may be subject to cancellation under the following circumstances related to payment:

  • Unsuccessful or Declined Payment: If the payment for an order is not successfully processed or is declined by your bank or payment service provider.
  • Suspicion of Fraud: If we suspect that a transaction is fraudulent or if it fails our security checks (e.g., unusual order patterns, mismatched billing and shipping addresses, etc.).
    • Action: We will contact you for verification or additional information. If verification is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, the order will be canceled, and any charges will be refunded.


4. Shipping Address Issues

Orders may be canceled if there are issues related to the shipping address, such as:

  • Unverifiable Address: If we are unable to verify the shipping address or if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
  • Out of Serviceable Area: If the delivery location is outside our serviceable areas or is restricted by our logistics partners.
    • Action: We will contact you to rectify the issue, but if a solution cannot be reached, the order will be canceled. Any payment made will be refunded in full.


5. Bulk or Unauthorized Reselling Orders

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed for bulk purchasing, unauthorized reselling, or any purpose that violates the terms of our business. These include but are not limited to:

  • Excessive Quantity Orders: Orders that exceed reasonable limits for personal use or are suspected to be for commercial resale.
  • Violation of Terms and Conditions: Orders placed that do not comply with our website's terms and conditions or that appear to violate local laws and regulations.
    • Action: The customer will be informed, and the order will be canceled, with a full refund issued.


6. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events, we may be unable to fulfill your order.

  • Action: In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel the order. A full refund will be issued for any payments made.


7. Failure to Provide Required Information

If we request additional information or documentation to verify your order (e.g., for high-value purchases or payment method verification), and you fail to provide this within a reasonable timeframe, we may cancel your order.

  • Action: The customer will be notified of the cancellation, and any payments made will be refunded promptly.
